Look at me.
I used to say, “I don’t feel much — I just overthink everything.”
But once I started naming what was underneath, everything changed.
I did have therapy.
But I needed more.
I needed clarity.
And the space to stop judging my emotional world.
Fear? Had been running the show.
Shame? Had kept me small and hyper-aware of how I was seen.
Envy? Had silently told me I was failing. (The envy that come from comparing yourself to others. You don’t feel any anger towards the other person. You admire what they have accomplished. And you wonder why you cannot do the same.)
And once I stopped fighting those feelings and started listening, this happened:
✅ I began asking for what I actually needed.
✅ I stopped apologizing for taking up space.
✅ I let go of guilt that didn’t belong to me.
This is what’s possible.
Not perfection.
But emotional freedom.
