💔 Emotions That Can Create Inner Blocks:
Fear - of rejection, failure, financial insecurity, being alone, or simply being “too much.”
Shame – about your body, past decisions, emotional reactions, or the feeling of not being “right.”
Anger – suppressed or denied, often mixed with guilt.
Guilt – especially in roles such as mother, daughter, partner, or professional – often stems from not doing or being enough.
Helplessness – the feeling that nothing can be changed; being at the mercy of life.
Sadness – over lost time, missed chances, unfulfilled dreams.
Self-Doubt – constantly questioning yourself: Am I good enough? Do I have the right to want this?
Exhaustion – emotional and physical, often from constantly functioning and caring for others.
Envy or Comparison – the sense that others live bolder, freer, more beautiful lives – and you’re “falling behind.”
Confusion – no longer having a clear sense of what you want or who you really are.
